What happens if my order doesn't fully deliver?
If an order ends up partial or canceled, the undelivered part is refunded to your wallet balance automatically.
What does refill mean?
Some services lose part of what was delivered over time. On services with refill, you can request a top-up of what dropped from your Orders page, within the refill period after the order completes.
Do you need my password?
Never. We only need the public link to your profile, post or video. Keep your account public while the order runs.
How long until my order starts?
Each service shows its usual start time before you order. Most start within minutes to a few hours.
